We have very fond memories of both Dorothy and Bill; had the pleasure of knowing them from Knox Church, Waterdown. Dorothy stayed at our house once and looked after our kids while we were away on a business trip. She always had open, welcoming arms for our kids, Laura and Peter. We were sorry to hear about Dorothy - had heard she wasn't too well a while back. Many at Knox in Waterdown remember Dorothy and Bill. I remember paying $15 for one of your mom's strawberry pies which were sold at a Wish Auction Fundraiser many years ago. Remember also picnicing at her home in Carlisle (near Progreston Falls) also many many years back. My deepest sympathy to the family. I was a public health nurse with Dorothy and more recently met her son and daughter when I looked at her home on Park St. to purchase. We recently did buy a new home on Wainwright, a semi-detached bungalow, moving this Monday. I'm sorry I won't be able to be with you Saturday as it is the closing of a week of guided prayer and so I will send prayers to you and your family. Myrna
