My sincerest condolences on your loss. I had the pleasure of getting to know Ian while I was directing the St. James Choir, and he was truly a wonderful man. I don't think I ever saw him without a smile on his face, and his kindness and humour were always present during our rehearsals. He will be greatly missed. May God give you strength during this difficult time.

We're so sorry to hear of the loss of Ian. I'll miss his friendly smile and chat, while going for a walk on the rail-trail. Shirley and family, please accept our deepest sympathy. What an incredible inspiration he's been to our community and in scouting, as well. I'll always remember his friendly smile!
